We’ve worked tirelessly to make sure you love every journal. In the unfortunate event that something has gone wrong, we’ll always work equally hard to make it right.
Shipping Policy
Our processing time for dispatching orders is 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Please note that the dispatch cut off time is 9am GMT, and orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
United Kingdom
We charge standard shipping in the United Kingdom at a flat rate of £1.99. Orders to addresses within the United Kingdom typically take 2-3 business days.
*Please note that shipping times given are based on estimations provided by our couriers. We cannot guarantee that orders will be received within this time frame. Please allow up to 30 days for your order when selecting standard shipping terms
International
Regretfully we are currently unable to ship internationally at this stage. We are a new business so please bear with us whilst we try to find affordable ways to enable children worldwide to benefit from a Nudl journal.
Sibling Discounts
We know that having multiple kids in your household means costs can easily get out of hand. We don’t want escalating costs to prevent your entire family getting the benefits of a Nudl journal. That’s why we created our Sibling Discounts.

Returns Policy
We’re a small business with big dreams, and we want to make sure you love your Nudl. We work on a minimal stock basis, meaning minimal returns and no emissions from running large warehouses. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you change your mind or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact support@mynudl.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to organise an exchange or a refund for you.
Please note that your product will need to be returned to us in its original condition with all packaging intact.
In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived damaged, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your order to support@mynudl.com. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
