What ages are your journals for?
Our journals are designed with 6-12 year olds in mind, however they can also be appropriate for 13 and 14 year olds too. Depending on your child’s reading and writing abilities, they may require some guidance with some areas of the journal.
How long does a journal last?
All of our journals last for 4 weeks, meaning that your child can enjoy a new theme every month to keep things fresh and engaging. Although Nudl journals are structured on a week-by-week basis (ie. at the end of each week you will nominate your Nudl Nominees), the pages are un-dated, meaning that if you miss a day, you can simply pick up right where you left off.
Do you offer discounts for siblings/multiple orders?
We know that having multiple kids in your household means costs can easily get out of hand. We don’t want escalating costs to prevent your entire family getting the benefits of a Nudl journal. That’s why we created our Sibling Discounts, meaning you can pick up some great savings- please see our Terms page for full details. For bulk orders for schools, youth clubs or retail stockists, please get in touch at hello@mynudl.com
Can I order in bulk for my school or youth group?

Do you have some sample pages I can try?
Yep! Please download our Free Guidebook for an introduction to all things Nudl, along with some sample pages to work through and answers to some common FAQs. Try before you buy!
Do you have the option to order as a gift?
We don’t currently have a gift option at checkout, but we don't include any pricing information inside our orders so if you would like to send as a gift, the recipient won’t get this information sent to them.
Are Nudl journals available in stores?
Currently Nudl journals are only available to buy online. If you are a retailer who is interested in stocking our journals, please email hello@mynudl.com

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express & Apple Pay. We take your security very seriously, and use only proven methods of payment, therefore your details are safe with us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our fast dispatch times we are often unable to change or cancel orders once they have been placed. If you wish to change or cancel an order, please email support@mynudl.com immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to help.
How do I make a return or exchange?
